The hotel staff provided excellent personalized service.
During my stay, I found the attic room to be quite dark, which affected my overall comfort. The glass door on the toilet offered zero privacy, making me a bit uncomfortable even though I was alone. reaching the hotel proved challenging due to government road restrictions. it was quite inconvenient to have to drop off my bags at a distance and rely on the hotel for assistance.

Regie Ottoman truly impressed me with its unique charm. The hotel’s decor has a stunning blend of modern amenities and historical character. I loved the bright, airy vibe the lobby offered, complemented by beautiful marbled floors. Every morning, I enjoyed a satisfying breakfast featuring fresh pastries and various hot items, including omelets and Turkish delicacies. The staff showed genuine concern for my comfort, especially Gokhan, who tirelessly provided local tips and made me feel welcomed. I appreciated the option to request Turkish red wine upon arrival. that was a lovely touch! One downside was the room's lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times. Another minor letdown occurred when trying to arrange an iron, which took longer than expected. The bar was cozy but pricier than local spots. Even so, I enjoyed a few delightful cocktails after exploring the city. While the location couldn't have been better for reaching top sights, the area could feel a bit crowded at times, particularly outside on the streets. Nevertheless, the overall experience was delightful, making it easy to recommend this charming hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
